I. Delivery

1. Shipping Zones

Dianesia delivers throughout Europe and to many international destinations. The full list is available at checkout.

2. Available Delivery Methods

  • Home delivery (standard or express depending on destination)
  • Pickup point delivery, when available for your location
  • Partner pickup locations, depending on local logistics agreements (e.g., partner stores or drop-off points shown at checkout)

3. Shipping Fees

  • Free shipping for orders over €250 in Belgium and France (Mainland)
  • Below this amount or for other destinations:
Shipping fees are automatically calculated based on the weight of your order and
destination and will be displayed before you confirm your purchase.

4. Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on the country and shipping method selected. Estimated
times are provided during the checkout process.

5. Order Tracking

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link to
follow your parcel in real time.

II. Returns

1. Withdrawal Period

You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to request a return, in
accordance with the current European regulations on distance selling.

2. Return Conditions

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
  • Tags must still be attached
  • Exceptions: Personalized or sale items cannot be returned
  • Items that are damaged or show signs of wear will not be refunded

3. Return Procedure

1. Log in to your account on our website

2. Go to “My Orders”

3. Select the relevant order and click to start a return

4. Follow the instructions provided to download your return label and prepare
your parcel

4. Return Fees

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect
your data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or disclosure.

5. Taxes and Customs Duties

  • All prices include VAT
  • Customs duties may apply to deliveries outside the EU (including certain
overseas territories) and remain the customer’s responsibility.

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, the refund will be issued to your
original payment method within 14 business days.
