1. Scope and Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter the “GTCS”) govern the
sale of products and services offered by Dianesia, a company registered in
Belgium, through its e-commerce platform. Any order placed on the Website
implies full and unconditional acceptance of these GTCS by the Customer.
2. Products
Dianesia offers a curated selection of fashion products designed to combine
elegance and practicality. Each product is described with the utmost accuracy on
the Website. However, slight variations in color or texture may occur due to
photographic lighting or screen settings and shall not be considered as defects.
3. Prices and Payment Methods
Prices are indicated in euros (€), including all applicable taxes. The applicable
price is the one displayed at the time of validation of the order.
Available payment options will be displayed at the time of checkout.
Payment is due in full at the time of order placement, unless otherwise specified
(e.g., instalment payment options).
4. Delivery
4.1 Geographical Scope
Dianesia delivers within the European Union and to selected international
destinations. The list of countries served is provided at checkout and may be
updated without prior notice.
4.2 Delivery Methods
Depending on the Customer’s location and options available at checkout, delivery
methods may include:
• Standard or express home delivery
• Delivery to a pickup point
• Pickup from a designated partner location (e.g., partner boutiques or authorized drop-off points displayed at checkout)
4.3 Shipping Fees
• For all orders of €250 or more, standard delivery is offered in Belgium and mainland France.
• For all other destinations or lower order amounts, shipping fees are automatically calculated based on the total weight and the delivery destination and will be displayed prior to final order confirmation.
4.4 Taxes or customs duties
All prices are displayed inclusive of VAT.
No additional charges apply upon delivery within Belgium and mainland France.
In the event of a return, only the amount paid for the returned items (including VAT)
will be refunded.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
For deliveries outside the European Union (including certain overseas territories),
customs duties may apply and remain the customer’s responsibility.
4.5 Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and selected delivery method.
Estimated times are communicated during checkout. Dianesia shall not be held
responsible for any delay caused by carriers or external events constituting force
majeure.
4.6 Shipment Tracking
A shipment confirmation email containing a tracking link is sent to the Customer
upon dispatch of the order, enabling real-time monitoring of the delivery.
5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
5.1 Withdrawal Period
In compliance with European regulations on distance selling, the Customer has a
14-day period from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal,
without having to provide a reason.
5.2 Conditions for Return
Returned products must meet the following conditions to qualify for a refund:
• Be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached
• Not be personalized or discounted items, such items are excluded from the right of withdrawal
• Not show signs of use, wear, or damage
Products not meeting these conditions will not be accepted and will not be refunded.
5.3 Return Procedure
To initiate a return:
1. Log into your customer account on the Website
2. Go to the “My Orders” section
3. Select the relevant order and click to start a return
4. Follow the instructions to download your return label and prepare your parcel accordingly
5.4 Return Costs
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
For returns from outside the European Union (including certain overseas
territories), any applicable customs duties are also borne by the customer.
5.5 Multiple Returns
If you make multiple returns for the same order, only the first return may be eligible
for free return shipping (if applicable). Any additional return shipping costs will be
at the customer’s expense.
5.6 Refunds
Once the return has been received and approved by Dianesia’s quality control
team, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the
original transaction, within a maximum of 14 business days.
6. Data Security and Privacy
Dianesia undertakes to process personal data in full transparency and in
accordance with the applicable legislation (notably the GDPR). Only the data
strictly necessary to provide services and fulfill orders is collected.

Customers may at any time exercise their right to access, rectify, or delete their
data by contacting the appropriate department at contact@dianesia.com.
7. Liability
Dianesia shall not be held liable for any damage resulting from the improper use,
negligence, or failure to follow the care instructions indicated on the product label
or on the Website. It is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure the proper care of
the products purchased.
8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by Belgian law.
Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution shall fall within the
exclusive jurisdiction of the Belgian courts, unless otherwise provided by
mandatory provisions of the Customer’s country of residence, in accordance with
applicable consumer protection laws.
